Dell

I have to share this with the world: I called Dell about a problem with my keyboard, and the next day I got a new one, for free. The guy at the phone was very friendly and professional, the keyboard was (as I mentioned) FREE.
Ok, their product was apparently crappy enough to malfunction after one and a half year, but they didn't complain about it and instantly resolved the problem. This is how these things should go, this is how you get good publicity and satisfied customers. Congratulation to Dell for making me happy.
